In this role, you will manage our IT infrastructure, install and maintain hardware and software, execute system migrations, and provide 1st and 2nd level support to users facing technical issues.

Your role in the team
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur inklusive Server, Netzwerk, Clients und mobiler Endgeräte.
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs.
- Kompetente Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie rasche Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung.
- Planung und Durchführung von Hardware- und Software-Rollouts, Migrationen sowie Systemumstellungen an unseren Standorten.
- Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Systemverfügbarkeit und der Einhaltung unserer IT-Standards.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365 sowie Netzwerk- und Client-Management.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Problemlösungskompetenz.
Experience
- Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, der Systemadministration oder IT-Infrastruktur.
- Erfahrung in der Installation und Betreuung von Hard- und Software sowie IT-Security-Grundkenntnisse.

- Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Wir stufen nach dem KV Metallgewerbe Angestellte Verwendungsgruppe III ein.
