Your role in the team
- We are a modern IT service company and support corporate clients across all areas of IT infrastructure – from workstation systems and servers to networks, firewalls, and cloud solutions.
- To expand our team, we are looking for one IT Technician / IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Second- and Third-Level Support with a focus on networking, IT security, and cloud solutions (MS 365, Azure), full-time, with good German/English language skills and residing in Vienna or the surrounding area.
- Second- and Third-Level Support for our corporate clients
- Analysis and resolution of complex IT issues
- Planning, setup, and maintenance of networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
- Configuration and support of firewalls, VPNs, and security solutions
- Implementation and support of IT security concepts
- Administration of Windows servers, clients, and Active Directory
- Support and integration of cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, backup and cloud services)
- Participation in IT projects, migrations, and system transitions
- Documentation of work performed

Our expectations of you
Education
- Completed IT training/education (e.g., IT technician, computer scientist) or comparable professional experience, at least 3–5 years of professional experience
Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, VPN, WLAN)
- Very good knowledge of firewalls and IT security
- Good knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, MS Azure, SharePoint)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Customer-oriented manner and team spirit
- German and English, spoken and written
- Residing in Vienna or the surrounding area
- Class B driver's license
Experience
- Experience in First-, Second-, Third-Level Support
