You lead a 7‑person 2nd/3rd‑level support team, optimize support and ops processes (KPIs/SLAs), own incident management, improve documentation and workflows, and coordinate infrastructure, development, resourcing and reporting.

You handle 1st/2nd‑level tickets and phone requests, install Windows clients (Win11) and M365, support Android/iOS devices, Macs, PBX, notebooks and printers, provision users, manage permissions, hardware and cabling.

In this role, you will be responsible for technical application support, troubleshoot issues, assist departments in optimizing processes, and work on exciting IT projects, including cloud solutions and databases.

In this role you operate, configure and optimize KVM-based virtualization infrastructure across the lifecycle, execute changes and deep incident analyses, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana and drive proactive measures to improve host utilization.

In this role, you integrate new applications into our IT environments, automate processes using Bash or Python, and analyze disruptions in Windows and Linux systems to find efficient solutions.

In this role you are first contact, handle tickets by phone, email, remote and on-site, triage and track incidents to meet SLAs, provide hands-on support for devices, software and network, and maintain KB per ITIL.

In this role you install and configure notebooks, workstations, printers and mobile devices, maintain Active Directory, resolve Windows/Office/Teams user issues and provide support for Linux and hardware-related incidents.

You support 550 Windows clients, resolve hardware/software issues, package and maintain software and patches via the CMS, manage printing and AD objects, procure hardware and licenses, and maintain ISO27001 documentation.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, analyze technical issues, prioritize tickets in the OTRS system, and escalate complex problems to the second level support team.

You administer and improve the client, mobile device and printer landscape, resolve incidents remotely across Austria, coordinate 2nd/3rd-level escalations, run rollouts, maintain documentation and train service desk colleagues.

In this role you develop Windows GUI and web applications, independently design and implement modules with device interfaces in .NET/C++, integrate network and building‑automation protocols, create test plans and maintain tools.

In this role you develop Windows applications using C#/.NET, drive architecture and technology decisions, design and implement new modules with WPF, MVVM, Entity Framework and DI, and optimize, maintain and extend existing systems.

In this role you act as first point of contact for users, log and prioritize service requests, diagnose and resolve incidents, monitor systems proactively, escalate complex cases and support rollouts.
