Job
In this role, you will manage stable IT operations and the strategic development of IT infrastructure. You will lead a team of 12 employees and orchestrate the implementation of new technologies.
Your role in the team
- Verantwortung für den stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Betrieb der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe.
- Fachliche und personelle Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams am Standort Stritzing mit rund 12 Mitarbeitenden.
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Architektur sowie der gesamten IT-Systemlandschaft.
- Definition des strategischen Einsatzes von externen Dienstleistern und Technologiepartnern.
- Evaluierung und Umsetzung neuer Technologien zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums.
- Budgetplanung und strategische Steuerung des IT-Bereichs.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Uni) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur und im IT-Service-Management.
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägte technische Lösungskompetenz und strategisches Denkvermögen.
- Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Leiter in einem internationalen Produktionsunternehmen mit vergleichbarer Größe.
