Job Summary
In this role, you coordinate all incoming support tickets, prioritize customer inquiries according to SLA guidelines, communicate professionally with customers, and support process optimizations.
Your role in the team
- Central coordination and management of all incoming support tickets in an international environment
- Structured prioritization and classification of customer requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalation guidelines
- Monitoring of open tickets, including proactive follow-up through to sustainable resolution – in close collaboration with 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-Level Support
- Ensuring transparent and professional communication with customers (status, progress, resolution time)
- Analysis of recurring issues and derivation of optimization measures
- Contribution to KPI reporting and the continuous improvement of our service processes
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial education (e.g., HTL, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification) and several years of experience in support, helpdesk, or service environments
- Experience working with ticketing and CRM systems
- Highly structured, organized, and self-reliant working style
- Basic technical understanding of software, networks, or automation is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and professional communication skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
