Job
In this role, you will develop technical solutions in electrical design, optimize processes, and standardize methods. You create circuit diagrams using EPLAN P8 and collaborate closely with production for successful implementation.
Your role in the team
- Weiterentwicklung und technische Ausrichtung des Electrical Engineerings mit Fokus auf eine effiziente Serienfertigung
- Standardisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Methoden und Richtlinien in der Elektrokonstruktion
- Erstellung und Pflege von Stromlaufplänen sowie technischer Dokumentation mit EPLAN P8
- Entwicklung und Industrialisierung von Kabelbäumen und Verdrahtungslösungen mit EPLAN Harness proD
- Durchführung von Design- und Layout-Reviews zur Sicherstellung robuster und serientauglicher Lösungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und Lieferanten für eine erfolgreiche Serienüberführung und die Einhaltung relevanter Normen und Qualitätsstandards
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Experience
- Erfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Gestaltung und Standardisierung von Prozessen sowie am Aufbau effizienter Konstruktionsstrukturen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Elektrokonstruktion, idealerweise in einem Serienumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in EPLAN P8 sowie praktische Erfahrung mit EPLAN Harness proD
- Know-how in den Bereichen Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA) und Variantenmanagement
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
