In this role, you will manage the entire product backlog, create clear user stories, coordinate agile processes, and communicate closely with development teams to ensure product quality.
Your role in the team
- Das Product Backlog unserer digitalen Produkte liegt in deiner Verantwortung – von der Anforderung bis zum Release, priorisiert, geschnitten und jederzeit nachvollziehbar
- Klare Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien schreiben, die Entwicklungsteams ohne Rückfragen umsetzen können
- In enger, täglicher Abstimmung mit unseren Frontend-, Backend-, UI/UX-, AI- und Produktmanagement-Teams hältst du die Schnittstellen zwischen ihnen zusammen
- Refinements, Sprint Plannings und Reviews steuerst du über den gesamten Delivery-Zyklus – inklusive realistischer Forecasts und Planung
- Abhängigkeiten zwischen Teams und Systemen im Blick behalten und Blocker lösen, bevor sie zu Verzögerungen werden
- Jira und Confluence bleiben bei dir eine saubere Single Source of Truth: Boards, Workflows, Roadmaps und Dokumentation sind aktuell und belastbar
- Fortschritt, Risiken und Scope-Änderungen machst du für Stakeholder transparent – Priorisierungsentscheidungen kannst du jederzeit begründen
- Definition of Ready und Definition of Done sind keine Formalität, sondern gelebte Praxis, die du gemeinsam mit den Teams sicherstellst
Our expectations of you
Experience
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence – Boards, Filter, Workflows, Dashboards und strukturierte Dokumentation gehen dir leicht von der Hand
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Jira Big Picture
- Agile Frameworks wie Scrum oder Kanban kennst du aus der täglichen Praxis, nicht nur aus der Zertifizierung
- Technisches Verständnis für Frontend, Backend, APIs und Datenflüsse – selbst entwickeln musst du nicht, die Sprache deiner Teams sprichst du trotzdem
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit UI/UX gehört für dich zur Rolle: Du hast ein Auge für gutes Interface-Design, erkennst Schwachstellen in Flows und kannst Feedback zu Wireframes und Prototypen fundiert einbringen
- Klare, strukturierte Kommunikation, Überblick auch bei konkurrierenden Prioritäten und die Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
