In this role, you will manage the product backlog for the robotics platform, define user stories, maintain the roadmap in Jira, and coordinate sprint events to implement technical requirements and solutions.

- Du verantwortest das Produkt-Backlog für den System-Teil unserer Robotik-Plattform - von der Webanwendung über die API und Schnittstellen zu externen Systemen bis hin zum zugrunde liegenden Betriebssystem
- Als aktiver Teil des Product Delivery Teams erarbeitest du gemeinsam mit Product Management und Architektur innovative Lösungen. Du übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in verständliche Epics, User Stories und Arbeitspakete und schaffst damit eine verlässliche Grundlage für die Umsetzung
- Du steuerst die inhaltliche Ausrichtung in den Sprint-Events, pflegst die Produkt-Roadmap in Jira/Confluence und sorgst für ein stets umsetzbares, priorisiertes Backlog
- In enger Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Fach- und Entwicklungsteams behältst du systemische Abhängigkeiten im Blick und löst Blocker vorausschauend auf
- Du machst Fortschritte, Risiken und Scope-Änderungen für Stakeholder transparent und kannst Priorisierungsentscheidungen jederzeit nachvollziehbar begründen
- Definition of Ready und Definition of Done sowie zentrale Security- und Performance-Aspekte sind für dich keine Formalität, sondern gelebte Praxis zur Sicherung eines verlässlichen Gesamtsystems
Our expectations of you
Experience
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner in der Entwicklung von Software-Produkten
- Der Umgang mit Jira und Confluence geht dir leicht von der Hand, sodass du Boards, Filter, Workflows und Dashboards mühelos zur klaren Strukturierung aller Informationen einsetzt
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit Jira BigPicture mit, um komplexe Roadmaps, Abhängigkeiten und Kapazitäten verlässlich abzubilden
- Agile Frameworks wie Scrum oder Kanban kennst du aus der täglichen Praxis, nicht nur aus der Zertifizierung
- Solides technisches Verständnis für moderne Web-Plattformen, Schnittstellen sowie die zugrunde liegenden Betriebssysteme, um mit den Entwicklungsteams jederzeit auf Augenhöhe zu diskutieren
- Klare, strukturierte Kommunikation, Überblick auch bei konkurrierenden Prioritäten und die Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen zu treffen
