Job
In this role, you will support multiple Scrum development teams, facilitate all Scrum events, and promote self-organization while collaborating closely with the Agile Transformation Manager for continuous process improvement.

- Begleitung und Coaching mehrerer Entwicklungsteams im Scrum-Alltag
- Moderation und Organisation sämtlicher Scrum-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review und Retrospektive)
- Förderung der Selbstorganisation sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Agile Transformation Manager zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der agilen Arbeitsweise und Scrum-Prozesse innerhalb der Teams
- Unterstützung des Agile Transformation Managers bei der Umsetzung strategischer Maßnahmen und der Weiterentwicklung der agilen Organisation
Our expectations of you
Experience
- Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in einem agilen Softwareentwicklungsumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Frameworks, insbesondere Scrum; Erfahrungen mit Kanban sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Engineering-Teams, idealerweise im Embedded-, Robotik- oder Industrieumfeld
- Ausgeprägte Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Empathie, sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
