Your role in the team
- We’re looking for additional support for an ongoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project. Go-live is planned for 2027. You’ll act as the link between the business department and the implementation partner: translating requirements into user stories, testing the implementation with key users, migrating data from legacy systems into the D365 target formats—including with AI support—and supporting the business department through go-live and beyond.
- Test and acceptance management: You plan, facilitate, and prepare intensive testing weeks, test days, and cross-team testing sessions, both before and after they take place. You develop test cases with the key users, support them during testing, and ensure complete test coverage.

- Data migration: You analyze data sets from legacy systems, create mappings to D365 data entities and import templates, and transform the data into the target formats—efficiently supported by AI tools and scripts. You cleanse and validate the data, perform test migrations, review the results with the relevant business teams, and document the mapping rules in a clear and traceable manner.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Completed education (commercial academy, technical college, university of applied sciences, or university) in business, business informatics, or a comparable field—or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of processes in at least one core ERP area, such as accounting, sales and invoicing, or logistics.
- Confident handling of data: Understand data models and master data structures, create mappings, and analyze and reconcile large volumes of data using Excel/Power Query or SQL.
- Experience in agile projects (Scrum) and with a backlog tool such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Very good command of German, both spoken and written, and good command of English.
- Scripting skills in Python or a comparable language for data preparation and automation are an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting, order-to-cash, or recurring billing is an advantage.
- Experience with service contracts or the IT services business is an advantage.
- You confidently facilitate sessions, including full-day testing and workshop days with the business department.
- You persist in the face of errors and document your work in a structured manner.
- You work accurately, critically review AI-generated results, and handle confidential company data with care.
- You act as an intermediary between the customer and the implementation partner without taking sides.
- You are willing to occasionally spend project days at the client’s site in Styria.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP projects as a consultant, in-house consultant, or key user, including at least one implementation through to go-live.
- Experience in test management (UAT, regression testing, bug documentation) and in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for data analysis and transformation, including the ability to systematically review results.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable ERP system is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP data migrations, ideally using the D365 Data Management Framework and data entities.
- Experience with interfaces, ServiceNow, or Power BI is an advantage.
