Your role in the team
- Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleg:innen sind Sie für die Installation und Betreuung der EDV-Infrastruktur inkl. Kassensysteme und BackOffice in den Filialen (Einsatzgebiet: Nordwestliches Waldviertel) verantwortlich.
- Mit Ihnen als Mitglied unseres starken IT Teams, gelingt es uns, maßgeschneiderte IT-Lösungen für alle unsere Konzernbereiche im In- und Ausland anzubieten.
- Installation und Inbetriebnahme der IT-Filialkonfiguration (bei Neu-Eröffnungen und Generalsanierungen).
- Wartung sowie Fehlerbehebung der EDV-Filialhardware (Server, Drucker, Kassen, Bankomatkassen, etc.).
- Betreuung der LAN & WLAN Infrastruktur (Erweiterung, Konfiguration, Analyse, Troubleshooting uvm.).
- Umsetzung von technischen Modernisierungsprojekten.
- Anwendung und Bedienung eines Asset-Management Tools (Remedy).
- Bestandsführung des eigenen Hardwareequipments.

Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung.
Qualifications
- Fundierte Hardware-, Linux-, Netzwerk- und MS-Office Kenntnisse.
- Hohe Serviceorientierung, Flexibilität sowie Einsatzbereitschaft.
- Führerschein Klasse B.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Mindestens B2-Niveau).
