Your role in the team
- You design, develop, and optimize AI-powered text automation for customer-focused, scalable product communication—from text logic and rule sets to templates, as well as LLM and prompt workflows.
- You gather complex requirements from our stakeholders in Procurement, Category Management, Marketing, and SEO/GEO, assess them holistically, and translate them into clear functional concepts and technical requirements.
- You implement solutions end to end: from data and business logic to prompting and text generation, through testing and approval, all the way to production rollout for the online shop and POS.

- You manage multiple prioritized requirements, legislative changes, error patterns, and projects in parallel, coordinate dependencies, and ensure transparent decisions and reliable implementation.

- You have completed a degree in languages, technology, or business, or have an equivalent qualification.
Qualifications
- You communicate with great confidence, precision, and an audience-focused approach. You have an excellent command of grammar, spelling, style, tone, and product-related communication.
- You understand structured data, data models, PIM structures, and data quality, and recognize the connections between input data, rules, prompts, systems, and automated output.
- You work independently, are highly organized, and think holistically. You keep track of multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time and reliably see them through to completion.
- You have very good German and good English skills. Additional company languages are an asset.
Experience
- You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in copywriting, editing, content operations, text automation, or a comparable field.
- You have hands-on experience with AI-powered text systems, LLMs, prompting, data-to-text tools, CMSs, or rule-based workflows, and can make well-founded assessments of their quality, value, and limitations.
- You have programming experience or can quickly and independently learn a programming language. You can understand technical logic and implement it independently.
