Education

Qualifications
- Confident use of Git and REST APIs; knowledge of GitLab, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, or IntelliJ is an advantage.
- Good German language skills.

- You enjoy helping shape new development approaches and AI-powered processes, further developing existing ways of working, and continuously expanding your knowledge.
Experience
- Good knowledge of Java and experience with Spring; knowledge of Hibernate/JPA is an advantage.
- Good understanding of software architecture, interface design, modularization, maintainability, and testability, as well as experience with automated testing.
- Initial experience with AI-assisted software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot or Claude Code); experience with Spec-Driven Development is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team and have experience in an agile software development environment.
