In this role you design, operate and enhance digital workplace infrastructures, manage Intune, Azure AD, AVD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, secure endpoints with Defender/SentinelOne, define compliance and device standards and resolve 2nd/3rd‑level incidents.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, plan technician assignments, create quotes, manage customer licenses, and communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email.

In this role, you will manage our O365 and M365 environments, optimize networks, monitor our server landscape, establish IT security policies, and provide technical support for new locations.
