In this role, you maintain the DevOps toolchain, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and implement containerization on OpenShift. You also analyze and automate deployment processes while supporting issues and new technologies.

Your role in the team
- Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer DevOps-Toolchain (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, und weiteren Produkten).
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Entwicklungs- und Projektteams bei der Einführung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von CI/CD-Pipelines.
- Unterstützung bei der Containerisierung und automatisierten Bereitstellung von Anwendungen auf OpenShift-Clustern im Kubernetes-Umfeld mittels IaC und ArgoCD.
- Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Werkzeuge im DevOps-Umfeld.
- Analyse, Automatisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Deployment-Prozessen.
- Mitgestaltung von Standards und Best Practices rund um Software Delivery und DevOps.
- Unterstützung von Entwicklungs- und Projektteams bei Fragestellungen rund um Toolchain, CI/CD und Deployment.
- Analyse und Behebung bei Fehlern und Incidents.

Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation).
Qualifications
- Interesse an modernen Technologien sowie die Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und persönlich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen, Entwicklerteams und internen Kunden.
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie der Anspruch, Themen aktiv voranzutreiben und Ergebnisse sichtbar zu machen.
Experience
- Idealerweise bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung im DevOps-, CI/CD- oder Software-Delivery-Umfeld.
