You advise on model selection, compute sizing, data protection, and governance. You’re also honest about when a traditional solution is a better fit than an LLM.
- Architecture of AI and retrieval systems: You design high-performance RAG architectures as well as hybrid search and indexing pipelines, and implement them yourself.
- On-premises & sovereign AI: You deploy open-source models in our customers’ infrastructure and optimize resources, throughput, and response times.
- LLMOps & Evaluation: You establish reproducible pipelines for deploying, versioning, evaluating, and monitoring AI solutions.

- You are able to manage projects independently.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Experience
