In this role, you will manage the IT system and network infrastructure, perform error diagnostics, install and maintain servers and network devices, and update IT documentation in Remote Desktop Manager.

Your role in the team
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Systembetriebes durch Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung.
- Betreuung der gesamten IT und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur.
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Netzwerkgeräten/Servern wie Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs und WLANs.
- Betreuung von Backup- und Monitoring Dashboards.
- Aktualisierung der IT-Dokumentation im (RDM) Remote Desktop Manager.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
Qualifications
- Kenntnisse mit Windows Server, Firewall SonicWall, Microsoft 365 Admin Umgebung, Netgear, Ubiquiti (Unifi), Cisco.
- Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen (Windows), Anwendungen und Protokollen.
- Von Vorteil sind ebenfalls Kenntnisse im Grafikdesign mittels Adobe.
- Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und analytische Fertigkeiten.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft.
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten bei projektbedingten Arbeitsspitzen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Führerschein Klasse B - Voraussetzung.
Experience
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Segmentierung, Firewall, VPN, VLAN, WLAN, Switch.
