In this role, you will resolve incidents and service requests, analyze technical issues in Mobile Device Management, support device migration and rollouts, while maintaining documentation of processes.

Your role in the team
- Bearbeitung und Behebung von Störungen sowie die Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen.
- Analyse technischer Probleme im Bereich der mobilen Geräteverwaltung (Mobile Device Management, MDM).
- Unterstützung bei täglichen operativen und administrativen MDM-Aufgaben.
- Testen und Überprüfen von Konfigurationen, Richtlinien und Anwendungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Migration von Geräten und der Durchführung von Rollouts.
- Dokumentation von Lösungen und operativen Arbeitsabläufen.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar.
Qualifications
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung.
- Gute Kenntnisse der iOS-/macOS-Systeme und der zugehörigen mobilen IT-Infrastruktur.
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune ist von Vorteil.
Experience
- Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb und im Incident Management (Störungsmanagement).
What we offer
- Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag.
- Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Position mindestens EUR 3155 x 14 auf Vollzeitbasis (Grundgehalt, ohne Provision).
- Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation, Eignung bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
- Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überbezahlung möglich.
