In this role, you maintain IT, network, and service platforms, analyze issues in 2nd and 3rd level support, and automate operational processes while working on infrastructure modernization projects.

Your role in the team
- Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-, Netzwerk- und Serviceplattformen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Optimierung von GPON-, vCMTS- und OSS-Systemen.
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support.
- Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen sowie Umsetzung von Infrastruktur- und Modernisierungsprojekten.
- Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Herstellern und Dienstleistern.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (LAP/HTL) im Bereich Informatik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder IT.
Qualifications
- Grundkenntnisse in Datenbanken, Automatisierungstechnologien und Netzwerkprotokollen wie TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP oder RADIUS.
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft.
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
Experience
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Linux sowie Erfahrung mit PowerShell, Bash oder Python.
