- Level 1 & 2 Support – for tech professionals and non-technical users.
- Knowledge of hospitality technologies (POS, guest experience platforms) is an advantage.
- Fluent in German or English.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Personal responsibility, solution-oriented mindset, calm under pressure.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in 24/7 operational support.
