In this role, you will enhance hardware platforms through innovation projects, lead hardware change management, and evaluate and qualify hardware components while collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
Your role in the team
- Du verbesserst bestehende und zukünftige Hardwareplattformen (z. B. MBX/RBX) im Hinblick auf Leistung, Qualität und Kosten.
- Du leitest Innovationsprojekte für neue Hardwareplattformen und verantwortest das Hardware Change Management für diese Plattformen und ihre Komponenten.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Hardwarethemen und koordinierst dich dazu mit internen Teams, Lieferanten und externen Partnern.
- Gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern evaluierst, wählst und qualifizierst du Hardwarekomponenten und Plattformen.
- Du planst und führst Tests durch, um Hardware und Komponenten anhand der Produktspezifikationen zu prüfen und Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen.
- Du unterstützt Zertifizierungsprozesse und länderspezifische Zulassungen.
- Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen bei.

Qualifications
- Ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis von PC- und Netzwerkkomponenten sowie industriellen Computing-Plattformen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungskompetenz und eine praktische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Die Fähigkeit, team- und organisationsübergreifend effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten
- Eine strukturierte, proaktive und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Experience
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, im Testen und Bewerten von Hardware, im Hardware Change oder Lifecycle Management oder in der Prozessoptimierung ist von Vorteil
