Your role in the team
- Du analysierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse in Vertrieb, Materialwirtschaft und/oder Produktion.
- Du gestaltest SAP-S/4HANA-Lösungen, erarbeitest funktionale Spezifikationen und begleitest Konfiguration und Implementierung.
- Du moderierst Workshops, berätst Fachbereiche und Management und verbindest Business-Anforderungen mit SAP-Möglichkeiten.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekt-Workstreams und koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams.
- Je nach Erfahrung bringst du dich in Teamweiterentwicklung und den Ausbau der SAP-Beratung ein.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch.
Qualifications
- Sicheres Auftreten bei Kund:innen, Freude an Workshops und am Austausch zwischen Fachbereich und IT.
- Interesse an KI-gestützten Tools und neuen Technologien; Workstream-/Teamleitung ist ein Plus.
Experience
- Mindestens drei Jahre SAP-Beratungserfahrung in SD, MM oder PP; besonders interessant ist mehrjährige eigenständige Projekt- und Implementierungserfahrung.
- Erfahrung mit Prozessanalyse, Lösungsdesign und SAP S/4HANA; fundiertes funktionales Verständnis und Berührungspunkte mit Customizing.
