In this role, you will plan and implement modern endpoint management solutions, work with Microsoft Intune, and ensure continuous optimization of customer environments in hybrid Microsoft settings.

Your role in the team
- Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Endpoint-Management- und Modern-Workplace-Lösungen.
- Betrieb, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kundenumgebungen im Rahmen von Managed Services.
- Umsetzung technischer Projekte in den Bereichen Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), Softwareverteilung sowie Endpoint Security.
- Verwaltung und Integration von Windows-, macOS-, iOS- und Android-Endgeräten in hybride sowie Cloud-basierte Microsoft-Umgebungen.
- Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits-, Compliance- und Governance-Standards im Endpoint-Umfeld.
- Durchführung technischer Workshops, Beratungen und Know-how-Transfers bei Kunden.
- Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Lösungsszenarien und Dokumentationen.
- Technische Ansprechperson für Kunden sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung bestehender IT-Arbeitsplätze.
- Laufende Weiterbildung und Wissenserweiterung durch Training on the Job.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung.
Qualifications
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Windows 11, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint sowie PowerShell und Microsoft Graph.
- Idealerweise Know-how in SCCM / MECM Co-Management, Active Directory, Entra Connect Sync, Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs) sowie Microsoft 365.
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Kolleg:innen.
- Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in der Steiermark und Kärnten (bis zu 25%).
- Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuen Microsoft-Technologien.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Endpoint Management, Modern Workplace oder Client Management.
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen von Vorteil.

- Das gebotene jährliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) € 57.400,- eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
