• Handling support inquiries and tickets from our employees. First-level support via remote assistance or directly at the employee's workstation.
• Support with the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer hardware, systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Assistance with the administration of servers, clients, and infrastructure services (Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/Exchange)
• Ongoing projects related to hardware and software, building technology
• Professional experience in the IT sector or comparable roles
• IT skills in Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server) as well as experience in virtualization techniques (VMware)
• Independent work with a high degree of initiative
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
