Your role in the team

Education
- Completed training in the field of structural engineering, TGA, or facility management, including a very good understanding of planning.
Qualifications
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (evaluations, data analysis).

- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; internal language courses support further development.

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience with CAFM systems for managing complex building structures; knowledge of Planon is an advantage.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills; experience with BIM and modern planning standards is desirable.
- Project and process management competence as well as experience in dealing with technical and organizational standards in space management.
What we offer
- Part-time (20 hours/week).
