According to reviews, Tricentis is praised for its good team spirit and solid IT equipment. Employees particularly appreciate the focus on technical training and continuous delivery. However, there is room for improvement in project management, career opportunities, and communication culture. Salary and workplace appreciation fall below industry standards. Work-life balance and flexibility are valued, though there is room for improvement in office equipment.
