According to the reviews, Proxmox Server Solutions is praised for excellent work-life balance and freedom at work. The company's contribution to open source and code stability are particularly lauded. Areas for improvement include workplace appreciation and the efficiency of training programs. Communication and project management are also seen as needing enhancement. While technical equipment and salary packages stand out positively, documentation and support for junior developers show room for growth.

    Teamspirit & Fun

    Documentation
Documentation in code is sparse, documentation on product structure and where to find what does not exist.
