Your role in the team
- You are responsible for managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio in the following areas:
- Application Operations and Application Development
- Infrastructure (data center operations, network infrastructure, collaboration services, and client management)

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with customers and internal stakeholders
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service delivery management and customer account management
- Experience in contract drafting and preparation (knowledge of contract law is an advantage)
- Experience in the public sector is an advantage
What we offer
- For this position, the BRZ collective agreement provides for an annual gross salary starting at EUR 85,900.22 for full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week (including a monthly allowance for 10 hours of overtime).

- If you do not yet fully meet the requirements profile, you will be classified in the corresponding salary group.
- Any additional qualifications or experience you bring will, of course, be taken into account.
