In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting customers and trainers with issues, conducting fault analysis, and managing software installations on Windows 11 devices.

Your role in the team
- Freundlicher und engagierter First Level Support für unsere Kund:innen und Trainer:innen telefonisch und im Kursraum.
- Betreuung und Unterstützung der Trainer:innen.
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Tickettool.
- Fehleranalyse und Komponententausch.
- Betreuung von Windows 11 Schulungs-PCs.
- Software-Installationen und Ausrollung auf Endgeräte.
- Support von Multimedia-Devices.

Education
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich.
Qualifications
- Sehr gute Hardware-Kenntnisse für Fehleranalyse und Auf- und Umrüstung von IT-Geräten.
- Gute Anwender-Kenntnisse von Windows Betriebssystemen für die Installation von Endgeräten.
- Solide Microsoft Office Skills.
- Gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse.
- Lösungsorientierung.
- Freude an Kundenkontakt und an der Kundenkommunikation.
- Teamfähigkeit.
- Genauigkeit, Engagement und Verlässlichkeit.
- Weiterbildungsbereitschaft.
- Führerschein B.
