- Experience with DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible).
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Distributed Tracing, as well as the correlation of Metrics, Logs, and Traces.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms.
- Knowledge in the areas of Application Performance Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, and Digital Experience Monitoring.
