In this role, you will handle IT support requests, analyze issues, and document solutions. Additionally, you will assist users with problems and escalate complex incidents to the appropriate teams.

- Erste Anlaufstelle im IT/EDV-Helpdesk
- Annahme und Abwicklung von Support-Anfragen
- Dokumentation von Anfragen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports
- Unterstützung der Anwender*innen bei Benutzeranliegen
- Qualifizierung und Weiterleitung von Incidents an zuständige Stellen
- Allgemeine Prüfung auf wiederkehrende Störungen zur frühzeitigen Problemidentifikation

Education
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und Erfahrung im IT-Bereich
Qualifications
- Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Eigenverantwortung
- Führerschein B
Experience
- Erfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld (z.B. Windows, Office)
