• Product Ownership:You are independently responsible for your product areas of MOXIS – including roadmap, prioritization, and measurable results.
• AI-powered product development (Agentic Engineering):You actively promote the use of generative AI within the team, evaluate new tools and workflows, and establish best practices for handling AI throughout the product lifecycle.
• Backlog Management:You are responsible for the Product Backlog in Jira and prioritize requirements together with the key stakeholders.
• Requirements Definition:You define clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and let user stories and documentation be created with AI support. Your task is to review, refine, and ensure technical accuracy and quality of the results.
• Stakeholder Management:You coordinate confidently with Development, UX, Sales, and Management/C-Level, and mediate between competing interests.
• Product Vision & Strategy:You refine the product vision for your area, derive a robust roadmap from it, and communicate it clearly within the team and to management.
• Discovery & Market Analysis:You have a sense for market trends and new technologies, monitor competition and the regulatory environment, and think strategically and proactively.

Compensation

It is important to us to define the appropriate salary together.

The salary for a full-time position (38.5 hours/week) according to the IT collective agreement is at least € 4,500 gross per month for this position.

Due to the required relevant professional experience, we offer a significantly above-market salary in accordance with your qualifications and experience.
