• As aLead DeveloperYou take over the technical responsibility for the further development of our standard software.
• You actively shape the software architecture and make pioneering technical decisions.
• You bring your affinity forUI/UXand your skills in frontend development for the benefit of our software.
• You develop and optimize our backend in Java as well as ourDatabase architecture based on PostgreSQL.
• You analyze new technologies and features – especially in the areaAI– and evaluate their added value for our product as well as our development processes.
• You participate in regular stand-ups, review, and working sessions within our small, highly skilled, and agile Dev team, and play an active role in the further development of our development processes.
• You drive topics such asTest automation, CI/CD, and performance tuningforward.
• You work closely with product management and stakeholders, translating requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
