In this role, you will advance network security and support production companies by creating firewall rules and implementing innovative security solutions within the global network.
Your role in the team
- Weiterentwicklung der globalen Netzwerksicherheit mit ganzheitlichem Blick und Fokus auf Produktionsumgebungen (IT/OT-Transition).
- Unterstützung unserer Produktionsgesellschaften bei der Erstellung und Modifikation von Firewall-Regelwerken durch fachgerechte Beratung und technische Analysen.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von state-of-the-art Security z.B. IDS/IPS, ZTNA, Secure Access im weltweiten voestalpine-Netzwerk.
- Laufender Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von bestehender globaler, hochverfügbarer Securityinfrastruktur in einem fachlich starken und eng abgestimmten Team mit kontinuierlichem Wissensaustausch.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Uni/FH/HTL) mit Schwerpunkt IT und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufspraxis.
Qualifications
- Ausgezeichnete Firewall- und grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse.
- Analytisches und ganzheitliches Denken sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) für die interne und externe Kommunikation sind wünschenswert.
Experience
- Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerksicherheit, bestenfalls in Produktionsumgebungen.

- Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt EUR 4.611,00 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
