Your role in the team
- In March 2027, our AI Workforce Junior Academy kicks off: your first step toward a career as an AI Consultant at Avanade.
- Over three intensive months, you will go through a structured program of workshops, training sessions, self-study, and short client assignments. You will be prepared for your future responsibilities as a consultant and learn how companies can meaningfully integrate AI into their day-to-day work, how Microsoft Copilot and modern cloud technologies are transforming collaboration, and, above all, how technology can deliver real business impact.
- Build your Microsoft skills: Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft technologies will become part of your toolkit.

- From Prompt to Impact: You’ll learn to analyze business processes and workflows, identify suitable AI use cases, and evaluate their value based on measurable outcomes. Responsible AI, governance, security, and data protection also play an important role.
- Adoption & Change: Technology alone does not transform an organization. You’ll learn how to support people as they adopt new ways of working, drive adoption, and use enablement and communication to turn AI technology into real value in day-to-day work.
- Become a Consultant: You’ll develop your consulting, communication, and presentation skills. You’ll learn to understand client requirements, analyze problems in a structured way, facilitate workshops and discussions, and communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively.
- Learn by doing: Instead of just theory, you can look forward to hands-on sessions, case studies, challenges, and practical assignments.
- Get project-ready: During the Academy, you’ll gain insights into real customer scenarios and prepare to take on responsibility in our project teams after completing the Academy.
- Shape your career: After the Academy, you can develop your skills further in different areas of the AI Workforce based on your strengths and interests, for example in Platform Modernization, Workforce Enablement, Apps & Agents, or Collaboration Engineering.

Education
- You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on technology, business, or a related field, or have relevant vocational training. What matters to us is that you have a solid understanding of technology and a genuine interest in AI.

- You’re passionate about Microsoft technologies and consulting.

- You think analytically and are interested in understanding how business processes work and how they can be improved.

- You enjoy working in diverse, international teams.

Experience
