- Design and evolve architectures: Shape scalable, secure, high-performing architectures that align with business goals and modern engineering practices.
- Engage with the business: Work with stakeholders and product owners to understand business goals, refine requirements, surface trade-offs, and keep proposed solutions focused on real needs.
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineers and other teams to turn refined requirements into pragmatic, maintainable solutions.
- Prototype and propose: Explore end-to-end solutions, including appropriate uses of AI, with an eye toward long-term scalability and sustainability.
- Contribute hands-on: Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code for critical projects while guiding teams toward good engineering practices.
- Share knowledge: Mentor team members, document technical decisions, and help teams stay aligned.
- Champion Agile and DevOps: Support modern delivery practices that improve speed, quality, and collaboration.
- Keep learning: Stay curious about emerging technologies, including AI engineering, and experiment with tools that can meaningfully improve our technology and customer experience.
