Our expectations of you

Education

• A completed technical or information technology training or a relevant university degree, e.g., in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the field of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local deployment and fine-tuning of AI models is advantageous.
• You are passionate about AI and new technologies, think solution-oriented, and enjoy turning innovative ideas into practice.
• You work independently and in a structured manner, take responsibility, and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Experience

• Practical experience in the design, development, and integration of AI and machine learning solutions, particularly in the area of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, or Llama.
• Experience in evaluating and advancing generative AI systems and LLMs, particularly in the systematic assessment of the quality and performance of models and fine-tuned models.
• Solid knowledge in relevant AI areas such as Machine Learning, NLP, Document AI, data analysis, and statistical modeling, as well as experience in software development with Python.
