- Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem motivierten und engagierten Systems Engineer der eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle bei der Umsetzung von maßgeschneiderter IT-Lösungen für unsere Kunden einnimmt.
- Du startest als Systems Engineer im Professional Service Team. Durch die Unterstützung deiner erfahrenen Kollegen sowie durch Weiterbildungen entwickelst du dich zu einem Netzwerk & Security Experten. Deine Fähigkeiten werden sich wie deine Kundenprojekte nach und nach steigern und dich zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil der ACP machen.
- Design und Implementierung von Netzwerk- und Security Infrastruktur Projekten auf Basis von Fortinet Produkten.
- Aktiver Kundenkontakt und eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung.
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Netzwerk & Security Lösungsportfolios.
- Laufende Betreuung unserer Kunden (2nd/3rd Level Support).
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk & Security.
Qualifications
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über Fortinet Zertifizierungen wie FCP oder höher.
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie Flexibilität, hohe Kundenorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz (Umgang mit Kunden und im Team).
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Teamfähigkeit.
- Führerschein B erforderlich.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Netzwerksicherheit, insbesondere mit Fortinet Produkten.
- IT Projektmanagement Erfahrung von Vorteil.
