Job
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of the global HR system landscape and implement international HR IT projects, including People Analytics and reporting structures.

Your role in the team
- Verantwortung für die globale HR-Systemlandschaft inkl. Roadmap und Weiterentwicklung.
- Steuerung globaler HR-IT-Projekte, von der Systemeinführung über Releases bis zum internationalen Rollout an unseren Standorten.
- Harmonisierung von HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycles über verschiedene Standorte hinweg.
- Aufbau moderner internationaler People-Analytics- und Reporting-Strukturen (Dashboards, KPIs).
- Weiterentwicklung von Self-Service-Angeboten für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte.
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität.
- Erfüllung der datenschutzrechtlichen (DSGVO) und systemsicherheitsrelevanten Auflagen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Payroll, Controlling und externen Implementierungspartnern.
- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung eines Teams von zwei Mitarbeitenden.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium bestenfalls mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, HR, Controlling.
Qualifications
- SAP-Kenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Systeme.
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Begeisterung für den Aufbau moderner, datengetriebener HR-Strukturen.
- Professionelles und sicheres Auftreten.
Experience
- Vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
