In this role, you will handle 1st level support, resolve technical issues, manage hardware and software, oversee branch software, and assist with IT projects in a dynamic team.

Education
- Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Auch Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen.
Qualifications
- Interesse an Informatik, Hardware, Software und Kommunikationstechnik
- Freude daran, technische Probleme zu analysieren und Lösungen zu finden
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität - du packst gerne selbst mit an
- Diskretion und einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
- Neugier auf neue Technologien und die Bereitschaft, dich laufend weiterzuentwickeln
