Your role in the team
- As a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant / Developer (m/f/d), you independently turn our customers’ requirements into powerful ServiceNow solutions.

- Confident working knowledge of ServiceNow’s core technical components (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, integrations).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers on both a business and technical level.
- Ability to independently deliver projects with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
Experience
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
