Your role in the team

- Skills in automation, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Fluent German language skills; good English skills desirable.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style with strong execution skills.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a PEGA Lead or Senior System Engineer.
- Proven experience in leading technical implementation projects.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift) and hybrid architectures.
- Experience in performance analysis, monitoring, and tuning of complex systems.
