Qualifications

- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, network vendors, CISSP) and knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) are an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and reliable approach to work.
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn.

Experience
- At least five years of experience in the following areas: installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server, including RDS solutions; Microsoft Windows 11, including integration with and knowledge of Entra/Active Directory (e.g. GPO); network infrastructure (switches, Wi-Fi, fiber-optic cabling, VLAN, VoIP); backup and cloud architectures; installation and maintenance of client computers (PCs, laptops, tablets), printers and NAS solutions; malware protection for servers, clients and email systems.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira, as well as Microsoft 365 products and their admin tools, is a plus.
