Review Summary
According to employee reviews, the Zumtobel Group AG is praised for its excellent office equipment, team spirit, and work-life balance, standing out above industry standards. Employees appreciate the work environment and freedom at work. However, there is room for improvement in the modernization of their tech stack and contributions to open source projects, both below average. Support for junior developers also lags behind. Overall, the company receives positive reviews with some areas needing enhancement.
