Employer reviews
According to reviews, Trogroup GmbH receives high praise for salary and perks, standing out positively against industry standards. Team spirit and workplace freedom are also appreciated. However, employees see improvement potential in the safe environment for failure and project management, which are viewed as below average. Career opportunities and team diversity are areas for enhancement. Work flexibility and product participation are valued, though. The reviews highlight these mixed experiences effectively.
