Team Culture

Description

Our culture was not decided by management – the team worked it out together. Three principles shape our daily work more than anything else: Commitments hold. Tasks and results are handed over properly – no half-finished handovers, no "sorry, forgot about it". People can rely on us, internally and with our clients. We keep talking until everyone shares the same understanding. Requirements get clarified before development starts. Anyone taking on a task here knows why it exists and what the client actually needs. Honesty, especially when it is uncomfortable. Feedback is direct and respectful, in both directions. If an estimate does not hold or a decision turns out wrong, we talk about it instead of letting it slide. On top of that: clearly defined tasks, documented along with expectations and room to grow. We celebrate what works and learn from what does not. And we think beyond our own desk – decisions serve the team, not the individual.

Our Values

  • Commitments hold

Tasks and results are handed over properly – no half-finished handovers, no "sorry, forgot about it". People can rely on us, internally and with our clients.

  • Learning from mistakes

We celebrate what works and learn from what does not. Honesty and transparency are a given here, even when they are uncomfortable.

  • Direct feedback

Feedback is direct and respectful, in both directions. If an estimate does not hold or a decision turns out wrong, we talk about it instead of letting it slide.

  • Ownership over approval loops

Small team, short paths. Whoever takes something on also decides – no six approval rounds between idea and release.

  • Shared understanding before code

We keep talking until everyone shares the same picture. Requirements get clarified before development starts – anyone taking on a task knows why it exists and what the client actually needs.
