Es gibt offiziell gewisse Kernzeiten, aber jedes Scrum-Team macht sich die Arbeitszeiten, Urlaube etc. selbst aus. Flexibilität, wer wo arbeitet, ist seit Corona sowieso 100%-ig da. In beider Hinsicht bleibt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
