Company information
Since its inception, IMA Schelling has placed a focus on the production of saws. Continuously growing ideas, portfolio and size of business are indicative of this. Saws for partitioning sheet-like materials (and their periphery) have been their discipline since the 1960s. Research and development hold an extremely high value in order to be trendsetters in the market.
Employer reviews
According to reviews, IMA Schelling Austria is praised for its strong team spirit and enjoyable work environment. Employees commend the above-average modernity of the tech stack and excellent office setup. The work-life balance is also notably positive. However, there's room for improvement in open-source contributions and product involvement. Areas like compensation and promotion opportunities also have room for development compared to industry standards.
