Review Summary
According to employee reviews, GRAWE-IT GmbH has room for improvement in documentation, work appreciation, and project management, as these areas fall below industry standards. The stability of the code base is critically viewed. Positively, flexibility at work, office and IT equipment, career opportunities, and technical training are well-regarded. Work-life balance and product participation also receive good feedback, while team spirit is appreciated but can be enhanced. Overall, the reviews present a mixed picture.
