Review Summary
According to the reviews, Fronius stands out positively for office equipment and work-life balance, both far above industry standards. Employees appreciate career opportunities and flexibility but see room for improvement in team diversity and open-source contributions. Communication and agility are deemed average, while salary and workplace appreciation are praised. There is criticism in support for junior developers and the modernity of the tech stack.
